Jargon Supply Products

What kind of shirts do Jargon Supply use?

We use Gildan brand sweatshirts and t-shirts for our printing, and some Bella + Canvas products.

What size should I order?

Please refer to the sizing charts for fit details! They are included in the description for each of our items. We offer sizes from X-Small to XX-Large. Additional sizes can be accommodated upon request. These are unisex sweatshirts and t-shirts; usually women prefer to order a size down from their normal size for the best fit.  

How should I care for my Jargon Supply item?

For longer wear, turn your item inside out and wash in cold water with similar colors. Hang to dry or tumble dry on low. Avoid ironing to preserve the screen printing on your shirt!


How do I cop mine?

Payment

Jargon Supply accepts Paypal and major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, and Discover through a protected payment processing system. We will never keep your credit information on file.


Shipping and Handling

What shipping method do you use?

Jargon Supply works with the United States Postal Service. Customers may select First Class, Priority, or Priority Express shipping.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Jargon Supply ships orders within 7-10 business days of receipt. Standard shipping for the United States Postal Service takes between 7-10 business days, but Jargon Supply items often arrive in a much shorter timeline. Jargon Supply is not processing international orders at this time.

Note: During intake seasons and Founders’ Day months (high demand periods), orders can take up to 10 days to ship.

Can I track my package?

But of course you can! Your tracking information will be sent to you via email when your package is shipped.  

 

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Jargon Supply does not accept returns. All sales are final.

If your item from Jargon Supply is damaged or defective, we will replace it for you. Customers with this issue should contact Jargon Supply directly via email at hello@jargonsupply.com.

Can I exchange my item?

Jargon Supply will process exchanges only if we send you the incorrect item (different from what the customer ordered). Be sure to refer to the size chart to check your measurements before placing an order. Contact us directly at hello@jargonsupply.com to provide details about the error we made, and for instructions regarding shipping.
